Sickened on a night that I should feel elated after taking my bruce and her son to their first ever Disney on Ice show.Royal Farms Arena Seating and Venue Information We were embarrassed and humiliated, made to feel like animals. who wouldn’t want a brand new Laura Ashley bag worth $100. When we let her know we needed the contents, she offered us s large thin see through plastic bag, and even said she would hold our diaper bag for us. They denied us access and said we could take the bag back to the car, as “bookbags are not allowed” We watched several people with book bags and diaper bags roll past us without incident, and without any attempt to stop them. We were stopped by the second floor security supervisor (after being searched on the first floor and allowed upstairs). Disney on Ice Frozen is a family event, with moms and dads carrying diaper bags for the little ones. I am still in shock as to how we were treated by security right in front of our children. I would rather drive to Philly for a nicer arena than go here again. Overall, not the best but probably not the worst. Seats were comfortable even though they were kind of close together. Restrooms were small with only 3-4 stalls in the ladies room!! Place looks dated once past the main entrance area. Food selections were limited and prices were what you would expect for any venue or them park. I did not like how the few souvenir tents were set up close to the doors as it prevented flow of foot traffic when trying to leave after the event as people were bunching up trying to buy stuff as others were trying to get by them. It was OK, but not what I was expecting for an arena is a large city like Baltimore. There was not enough space for large jumps. The trucks could barely navigate the arena floor. The venue was not really large enough to host a monster truck show. Getting to the arena is terrible as there is not sufficient lanes for the amount of traffic funneling in!! Parking at a nearby garage was around $25 for the evening. It is not far off of the interstate I-95, but it took us a good 20 minutes to drive just a few blocks. Parking is available in a garage in the arena building or at other parking grages around the arena. We ordered tickets online and drove down on the day of the event.
